iRefair

iRefair is a newly launched personal initiative dedicated to connecting individuals, mainly newcomers, seeking job referrals with professionals who can refer them within their companies in Canada.

It was born out of a desire to give back to the community and support Lebanese and Arab newcomers navigating the challenges of starting fresh. We are Inass and Mohamad, a sister and brother who know firsthand the power of a referral.
Without one, Mohamad wouldn’t have secured his first (and current) job in Canada.

For many newcomers, landing a job without Canadian experience is an uphill battle. That’s why a referral can be a game-changer, and we’re here to make those connections happen.

iRefair is completely free of charge and operates under the HR Consulting Department of &Beyond, in close collaboration with “Inaspire”, a life coach dedicated to empowering others through mindset growth and support.

The Story Behind the Name

iRefair stands for “I refer”, a phrase that highlights fair connections and real referral opportunities. It reflects our mission to create a supportive, community-driven network where everyone has a chance to grow and thrive.
